We guarantee to ship your Shade Swim order within 1 - 3 business day of receiving your payment and order. If you make a purchase over the weekend or on a public holiday we will receive your payment on the next business day and ship within 1- 3 business day.
We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping for all orders within Australia over $150. Depending on your location delivery is 1-7 days
Express shipping is available for a cost for A$10 and takes 1-3 business days depending on your location.
Please note: If you are located outside of a metropolitan area (eg. Rural or outer suburban areas) please allow an additional two business days for delivery times.
We offer standard shipping for an additional $20. This usually takes 6 + business days.
Express shipping usually takes 2 - 4 business days and is available for an additional $35.
Any Local customs and Duties will be payable by you.
Please note: Delivery times are a guide only. Once we have dispatched your order we are not liable for any delays incurred with delivery.
If you change your mind we’ll happily provide you an exchange or credit voucher for a future purchase. This must be within 30 days of original purchase. Please choose carefully as we don’t issue refunds for change of mind purchases.
Please note you are responsible for all costs (including shipping) associated with sending the item/s back. Shade Swim will pay for standard shipping for the replacement item.
All exchange requests must be received within 30 days of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unwashed condition with tags still attached.

When you receive your swimwear please only try on over your underwear. Due to hygiene and safety reasons unfortunately we cannot accept returned items if this has not occurred.
Please note: Shade Swim reserves the right to decline a exchange request if, upon inspection of the swimwear, it is not in new condition as outlined above.
Please contact us if you wish to exchange your Shade Swim swimwear. Please provide your name, order number and contact details and we will be in touch within 24 hours of receipt of your email.
Please seal and return your item using appropriate postage satchels and ensure you use a trackable label. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for items we don’t ship ourselves.
